Our top tips for up-selling treatments with finance include communication and trust
After your patient has accepted their main treatment plan and before issuing the finance application, simply ask if they wish to include an additional treatment for a little extra each month.
Workout a bespoke treatment plan with your patient and communicate the terms, build trust by providing an explanation of their treatment and how finance can benefit them.
Example below based on 0% finance over 12 months.
The implant is £2,000 or £166.66 per month; you could offer to add the following services or treatments.
• 2 Hygienists visits …….. £120 or £10 per month
